Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Overview

At Joreen Brands, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, reliably, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing times, shipping costs, and estimated delivery windows for our products, including Joreen honey, coffee, premium merchandise, and gift items. Please note that shipping details may vary depending on the type of product purchased.

2. Processing Times

  • Honey & Coffee Orders: Typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days to ensure freshness and quality.

  • Merchandise & Gift Items: Items sourced from third-party partners may require additional handling time and are generally processed within 2–4 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location and order type:

  • Standard Shipping (Honey & Coffee): Free or discounted shipping may be available for select orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • Standard Shipping (Merchandise & Gifts): Shipping fees apply based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • International Shipping: Available for most products. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to activate.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, you can check the tracking link provided or contact our support team at info@joreenbrands.com.

5. Shipping Exceptions

Some restrictions may apply:

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: At this time, we only ship to physical addresses and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • High-Volume Seasons: During sales or peak holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if delays occur.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

While we work with trusted carriers, issues may occasionally arise:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can assist with claims and replacements.

  • For orders marked delivered but not received, please:

    1. Check with neighbors or household members.

    2. Contact your local post office with the tracking number.

    3. Reach out to us if the package is still missing after 6 business days from the stated delivery date.

Refunds are not guaranteed for lost-in-transit orders, but we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Joreen Brands does not control these charges and cannot estimate their cost.
